Separator filters

On the request of “Metal of Ukraine” Company (aluminum composite panels producer), our specialists have designed and manufactured separator filters intended for installation in sheet aluminum chromatizing line.

Purpose: up to 99.9% elimination of alkaline and acid vapor carryover with the operating flow within the line exhaust system.

Integration of our separator filters into the customer’s operating line resulted in complete prevention of alkaline-acid vapor carryover into the operating air flow extraction system. This ensured the undisturbed operation of the line and prevented the discharge of hazardous substances into the atmosphere.
